Hard boundaries prevent it from approving payments, deleting records, or contacting clients, and money or scheduling actions require confirmation before execution.

Google Cloud Text-to-Speech synthesises natural OGG/opus voice notes in Kenyan English (en-KE) and Swahili (sw-KE). Numbers are spoken in words, lists are clearly numbered, and responses stay concise for audio comprehension.
