CoaleTech is a finance-led Frappe Framework and ERPNext solutions company. Where most software firms start with code, we start with the business problem: the close that runs late, the VAT claim at risk, the audit finding no one tracked, the payroll that breaks across borders.
Our founder is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) with an Advanced Diploma in Tax Administration and 14+ years across financial management, accounting, taxation, ERP implementation, internal audit, internal controls, governance, business process design, risk management, and digital transformation. That practical expertise is encoded in every application we ship.

Our story
We began where our clients' pain was sharpest: finance and compliance. As we automated closes, fiscalised invoices, and hardened controls on ERPNext, a pattern emerged: the same finance-first, governed, audit-ready engineering could power an entire portfolio of industry solutions. Today that portfolio spans 18 production applications on a single open platform.
