What a discovery call covers

We review your current systems, identify the gaps, and recommend a tailored roadmap with clear controls, timelines, and outcomes. The call covers modules, integrations, data migration, and deployment model, and is run by the same engineers who deliver the work. We respond within one working day to schedule it.

Where we work

Headquartered in Nairobi, we build for organisations across Africa: Kenya-deep compliance out of the box (KRA eTIMS, NEMIS, KEBS/KDB) and statutory payroll spanning a 54-country rule set with 21 Tier-1 countries provisioned on install. Deployments run on-premise, on your private cloud, or CoaleTech-hosted. What to expect

Response
A reply from an engineer within one working day, not an autoresponder. We triage by scope and urgency, and answer the technical questions in your first message.
Discovery call
A 30-minute call with the lead engineer. We review current systems, flag the gaps, and sketch a rough roadmap. The call covers modules, integrations, data migration and deployment model. No deck, no slides, no proposal yet.
Scoping
A written statement of work within one week of the call, with scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and fees. We do not start billable work without a signed SOW.

Office and coverage

CoaleTech is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. From there we deliver and support engagements across East and Central Africa, including the Tier-1 fiscal markets we ship integration for: Kenya (KRA eTIMS), Uganda (URA EFRIS), Tanzania (TRA VFD), Rwanda (RRA EBM 2.1), Zambia (ZRA Smart Invoice) and Zimbabwe (ZIMRA FDMS). We work remote-first with clients in multiple time zones, and travel on-site for go-lives, fiscal-device onboarding and cutovers where the engagement calls for it.
