How this is calculated: implementation = tier base (Basic KSh 120,000 / Standard KSh 300,000 / Enterprise KSh 600,000) + KSh 4,000/user + KSh 90,000 per extra location + KSh 65,000/module + KSh 55,000/integration. Monthly support = tier base + KSh 0/user + KSh 8,000/integration. Ranges are ±15%. Figures are estimates for planning only. Your exact quote depends on data migration, custom workflows, and training scope.

How pricing works

Every engagement runs under a statement of work. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed before any work starts, and pricing is quoted in KES. Because ERPNext is open source, there are no per-seat licence fees on the core platform — you pay for implementation, customization, and support, not for the right to use the software.

What drives cost is the shape of the build: module count, data migration volume, integrations such as M-Pesa, KRA eTIMS, and bank feeds, the number of countries on payroll, and the deployment model you choose. Two deployments on the same tier can price very differently depending on these factors, which is why we scope each engagement individually.

On timeline, SME deployments typically go live in 4–8 weeks, while enterprise implementations with complex integrations and multi-country rollouts range from 3–6 months depending on scope and data migration requirements.
