Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoaleTech platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Services

CoaleTech provides cloud infrastructure, API management, DevOps tooling, analytics, integrations, and team management services subject to the terms of your subscription agreement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the operation of the platform. Violation may result in immediate termination of service.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Overages are billed at the rates specified in your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service Level Agreement

CoaleTech guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for Business and Enterprise plans. Credits for downtime are calculated as specified in the SLA documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoaleTech's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.

9. Changes to Terms

CoaleTech may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
