Our products built on the Frappe framework are subject to their respective open-source licences. Custom code developed for clients is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

CoaleTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
